RESALE DISCLOSURE PACKAGES
Per Virginia State Law, a Resale Disclosure Package must be ordered anytime a Unit is being sold. This process ensures all of the documents pertaining the the Association are disclosed to the Buyer BEFORE the sale so they can make an informed decision.

Full Disclosure Packages for a RESALE are paid for at closing. Other services provided by the site such as Mortgage Questionnaires etc are paid for at the time of request.
